To qualify for and select an individual or family dental plan, you must enroll in a Select Health Individual or Family medical plan.
Small Employer
Give your employees something to smile about with one of our flexible Select Health Dental plans. You can purchase dental as a standalone product, or add value to your employee’s benefit package by adding it to your medical plan.
Large Employer
Employers with 51 or more eligible employees can build a customized dental plan using our three network choices, flexible benefit designs and optional coverage, like orthodontics. Plans can be voluntary or contributory. Add Select Health Dental to your medical coverage.
